The principal hydrogeologists at RGC Hydro Services have worked on many municipal groundwater projects during their long careers. Both Lauren and Ian are experts not just in groundwater permitting and groundwater well design, construction and oversight, but in the numerous other facets of keeping water safe and accessible for towns and cities.
In fact, Ian Ream started his career at Tucson Water as a Hydro Tech. Ian helped to install more than thirty large diameter drinking water wells, and numerous monitoring wells for several facilities with Aquifer Protection Permits and at Superfund sites such as the Tucson Airport Remediation Project. Ian also helped with design of large infiltration basins for recharge and recovery of Central Arizona Project water.
