Make Well Informed Decisions

EXPERIENCED | RESPONSIVE | EFFICIENT

MINES NEED RESPONSIVE HYDRO PARTNERS

The RGC Hydro team has the experience to know that when a mining client calls about our hydrogeology services, it’s often a situation that requires a quick, efficient response. And that’s exactly what we provide. Our nimble, experienced team knows the mining industry well having worked for several mines in Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada and across the west.

STRATEGIC HYDROGEOLOGOCAL ADVICE & SUPPORT

PROVEN MINING INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

The RGC Hydro team has been involved in every stage of the mining industry, from due diligence and feasibility level studies for water supply and dewatering, permitting strategies, public outreach, and water management, to helping legacy mines with heap leach optimization and dewatering/pore pressure monitoring projects. Our team is fully trained in Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA).

We can provide strategic advice for the permitting process for state and federal groundwater protection permits, conduct the required studies, build and calibrate the groundwater flow model, and author the permit applications. We can install monitor wells, build and maintain environmental databases for water quality, and conduct the required sampling and reporting including calculation of alert levels. Our founder Lauren Candreva, R.G., can stamp permit applications and reports as a Registered Geologist in Arizona, California, and Oregon.

ISCR PROJECT EXPERIENCE

IN-SITU MINING

Both of RGC Hydro’s principal hydrogeologists have more than a decade of experience supporting in-situ mining projects, including Florence Copper in Arizona. We offer critical insights into the development of these projects, including state and federal groundwater protection permitting, public engagement, installation of Class III wells, and strategies for operational controls and well maintenance.

Contact us to discuss how we can support your in-situ mining project.
